JACKSON, Wyo. — Teton County announced that the weight restriction on all county roads has been lifted, effective today, May 19.

The weight limit is now 60,000 gross vehicle weight (GVW).

County roads were reduced to 40,000 GVW on March 25, to protect roads and bridges during the spring thaw.

The affected roads include Fall Creek Road, Fish Creek Road, downtown Wilson, South Park Loop Road, Boyles Hill Road, Spring Gulch Road, Buffalo Valley Road, Alta Ski Hill Road and Hoback Junction South Road.
