JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Slow Food in the Tetons is gearing up for the Summer People’s Market and looking to fill its nonprofit booth spaces for the weekly season series.
The People’s Market takes place every Wednesday from 4-7pm at the base of Snow King from June 6 through September 19.
Slow Food features two local nonprofits each week. Booth space is free, however all participants are asked to supply their own tent, table and chairs.
As a program of a local nonprofit, Slow Food in the Tetons, The People’s Market looks to support other organizations in getting the word out via this community enriching event. If you or your nonprofit organization is interested in participating, please send an email with your top three dates to Ashley and she will get back to you ASAP.
Slow Food in the Tetons is also looking for local musicians to play at the Wednesday markets this summer.
“We have a handful of open dates for musicians to display their talents in front of a vibrant local crowd,” said Ashley Cassat, director of operations. “While we can’t offer monetary compensation, we will be sure to supply a hefty bounty of donations from our many vendors as thanks for being part of this community event.”
If you or your band is interested, please send an email with your top three dates to Ashley.
