JACKSON, Wyo. — The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT)  has announced the closure of Teton Pass from Wilson to the Idaho State Line due to winter conditions, as of 9:25 a.m.

The estimated open time is unknown. The Town of Jackson has released an alert for commuters, “Teton Valley Commuters should be aware that there is a chance return service to Teton Valley this evening could be canceled. START will provide an update around 1:00 pm. Pine Creek Pass will not be utilized as an alternate route.”

Highway 390 is also closed in both directions due to winter conditions. The estimated open time is also unknown. START bus service is canceled to Teton Village.

The northbound travel lane is also blocked between Hoback Junction and Jackson at milepost 150 on Highway 26 due to a stalled semi-truck. Travelers should expect delays.

WYDOT is urging the community to avoid unnecessary travel.
