JACKSON, Wyo. — Vertical Harvest Farms announces their Spring Farm Share!
Based on the meal-driven concept of their new Crisp Cuisine Boxes, Vertical Harvest’s Spring 2021 Farm Share series will be the most diverse to ever fill your fridge. Each week your box will include something exciting and different from the week before. And, the contents will lean toward a specific type of cuisine (Italian, Asian, etc.).
Each week you will receive recipe suggestions, cooking insights, and garnishing ideas for the produce included in that week’s share. Have fun trying new petite green blends and microgreen mixes as you experiment in your kitchen. It’s a great way to guarantee yourself fresh spring salads and creatively crisp side dishes before local farmer’s markets open for the season.
Plus, every other week your farm share will include delicious Teton Tomatoes. Vertical Harvest tomatoes are in high demand this time of year and farm share customers are the farm’s number one priority. So, even if these juicy gems are sold out at Whole Foods Market — you can still find a fresh pint in your farm share!
