TETON VALLEY, IDA – Teton Valley Foundation board chair John Fisher confirmed today that Erica Linnell will move on from her position as executive director of TVF. Linnell will continue to serve through January 2018.

Fisher said the board was both proud and sad about the news but wished Linnell well in the next phase of her life.
“Erica has been an outstanding leader for TVF,” Fisher said. “Over the past four years, she has led our organization to a position of strength both financially and in the tremendous benefits we provide to the community through Music on Main and the Kotler Ice Arena.”
Linnell, in turn, called her three years leading TVF as one of the most fulfilling professional ventures of her life.
The TVF board will begin a search for its new ED in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, Fisher assured area residents, “Our focus remains grounded in our mission to make the good life in Teton Valley even better through affordable recreational and cultural programs that create community connections and enhance the local economy.”

Linnell joined TVF in April 2014 after 17 years with NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) in various roles. She was also involved with TVF on a volunteer basis before accepting the executive director position.
Linnell also spent five years as the Nordic director at Grand Targhee Resort where she expanded telemark and cross-country programming for the Ski School. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Oregon.
Teton Valley Foundation offers cultural, educational, and recreational programs and facilities that support the local economy, and make Teton Valley a better place to live and to visit. TVF is responsible for the Kotler Ice Arena, Music on Main, and skijoring during the Great Snow Fest.
