JACKSON, Wyo. — TSA PreCheck enrollment appointments scheduled for this week at the Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) have been canceled due to technical difficulties, according to JAC.
JAC was set to serve as a venue for four days of enrollment appointments in collaboration with third-party enrollment provider IDEMIA from Feb. 4 through Feb. 7. The tools required to facilitate these appointments were not properly functioning, and replacements would not arrive in time, JAC representatives told Buckrail.
The event is likely to be rescheduled, potentially as soon as early April, according to JAC. Applicants who had made appointments for this week have been notified of the cancellations via email. Affected participants can reach the IDEMIA help desk from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time at (855) 347-8371.
