JACKSON, Wyo. — Nestled in a quaint location on North Glenwood, the juxtaposition of the contemporary, yet welcoming, interior of The Kitchen exudes warmth.

Stunning, expertly crafted cocktails complement the restaurant’s modern American cuisine with worldly influences, resulting in one of Jackson Hole’s most unique dining experiences – all just one block off Town Square.

From fresh fish crudos to bright salads, warming entrees to comforting soup, The Kitchen’s winter menu welcomes guests to linger for a multi-course meal, while the team’s attentive staff attends to each detail.

With Wyoming Whiskey, Aperol, Meletti and lemon, the Paper Plane is an excellent way to start the meal, followed by the Hamachi Crudo (with smoked soy, orange, caviar and pistachio) and the Bison Tartare (with smoked bone marrow aioli and pickled mustard seed) to share.

The Bacon and Eggs make a welcome next course, with egg, pork belly, Carolina Gold rice and furikake (think: a creative take on fried rice), as does the Asian Cabbage Salad with purple and Napa cabbage, bell peppers, edamame and cashews, tossed in a ginger vinaigrette.

For the entree, King Salmon with labneh, black lentils, Swiss chard and lemon caper relish is quickly becoming a guest favorite. Mushroom Ramen offers a hearty, earthy dish with sesame broth, bok choy, scallion and ginger. The finale of the meal is complete with The Kitchen’s famous Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet or the Vanilla Panna Cotta with black sesame caramel, almond, poached apricots and sesame glass.

Whether you’re tucking in for a lighter dinner or a hearty meal after a day in the cold, The Kitchen’s staff serves as culinary guides, transforming the experience to the guests’ desired experience and dietary preferences.
