The Bistro’s elevated lunch menu serves up soon-to-be favorites including fresh salads like the the Chicory Salad with grilled endive & radicchio, kumquat, pine nut and sour cherry vinaigrettes and the Market Salad with herbed chevre, Vertical Harvest greens, popcorn shoots, heirloom carrots, watermelon radish and meyer lemon vinaigrette.
