UPDATE: As of 11:00 a.m., WYDOT said the expected re-opening time would be in four to six hours.

WILSON, Wyo. – As of 7:41 a.m., Teton Pass between Wilson and the Idaho State Line remains closed in both directions, and the estimated open time according to The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is unknown.

Teton Pass was closed this morning at 3 a.m. for avalanche mitigation.

WYDOT will also perform avalanche mitigation in Hoback River Canyon, U.S. 191/189, on Friday at 9 a.m. Depending on conditions, the closure time might change.
