JACKSON, Wyo. — On Friday, March 1, The Teton County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) announced that they accepted the resignation of the County Commissioners’ Administrator, Alyssa Watkins. Watkins’ last day at Teton County will be on Friday, March 15.
In her resignation letter to the Board, Watkins expressed gratitude for the trust and confidence bestowed upon her during her tenure and said that “working with talented, dedicated and passionate individuals has made my time here truly rewarding.”
According to the BCC, Watkins has worked at Teton County for 16 years, with nine years as the County Commissioners’ Administrator. Prior to that, Watkins worked in the Teton County Sheriff’s Office as a Support Lieutenant and Communications Manager.
County Commissioners thanked Ms. Watkins for her dedication and commitment to the County for nearly two decades, and wished her well in future endeavors. The BCC will be recognizing Ms. Watkins for her service during its meeting on March 4 at 9 a.m.
