JACKSON, WY— The Wort has hosted plenty of wine dinners in the past, but their upcoming February dinner is one-of-a-kind.
The Wort and Silver Dollar Bar & Grill have announced a very special wine dinner scheduled for Friday, February 8. The meal will offer a five-course Maine Seafood inspired meal, paired with wine from New Zealand’s Brennan Wines.
The evening also includes three special guests: Sean Brennan, Brennan Wines owner and wine maker from Central Otoago New Zealand, and guest chef Alan Cook from the Regency in Portland Maine. Cook will cook (what a fitting name) the five-course meal, and Brennan will guide guests through perfect wine pairings. The night will also include a book preview with New York Times best-selling author C.J. Box.
The Wine Dinner is from 6-9 p.m. in the Goldpiece Room, located in the Wort Hotel’s lobby. $169 per person and includes both the Wine Dinner and free entry to the Tasting. Please call 307-732-3960 to reserve your spot today.
If you can’t make the full dinner, fear not! The Wort is also hosting a wine tasting Thursday, February 7 in the Silver Dollar showroom. Enjoy four Brennan wines paired with hors’ devours from 5:30-7 p.m., followed by live music at 7:30 p.m. Just $20 at the door, and guests are free to come and go as they please.
