JACKSON, Wyo. \u2014 The Teams for Oney Committee is hosting a benefit for long-time local Oney Mason tonight, Jan. 31 at the Jackson Elks Lodge to support her battle against inoperable Stage 4 colon cancer.\r\n\r\n"Oney and her husband Tom have always been first in line to lend a hand, provide encouragement, and help keep things fun during good times and in bad," said committee co-chair Troy Sutton. "Hosting this event allows for them to take a turn in being on the receiving end of support for a change."\r\n\r\nThe event promises to be a fun night of visiting, silent auction shopping, and dancing to live music by the Hog Island Ramblers to close it out. Spaghetti dinner tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for 12 and under.\r\n\r\nThe silent auction and raffle lineup includes popular hunting rifles; art, photography and jewelry from well known local artists; outdoor adventure gear; lodging and activities; tools and auto; beauty; health; musical instruments and other deals for a cause.\r\n\r\nDinner starts at 6 p.m.\r\n\r\nA GoFundMe has been created for Mason and her family.
