JACKSON, Wyo. — Sublette County Health is excited to announce that Doug George, MD has joined the team as their newest provider, bringing his expertise in gynecology and women’s health.
Dr. George will see patients in Sublette County two days a week, starting April 1. He will see patients every Wednesday in Pinedale, and will alternate Tuesdays between the Marbleton and Pinedale Clinics.
Dr. George will offer gynecology services without obstetrics.
Sublette County Health is focused on offering primary care for women. Referrals are not necessary to seek care for women’s health. Potential services could include women’s annual exams, menstrual irregularities, post-menopausal treatment, hormone replacement and more.
The Sublette County Health Foundation played a critical role in creating this new program, by working with an anonymous donor to fund this women’s health program for the rural community. Dr. George’s presence will undoubtedly enhance the healthcare landscape of Sublette County, providing vital services in a much-needed area of medicine and fostering a sense of security and well-being for all.
