St. John’s hospital adds two physicians

JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Local internal medicine and urology services are expanding with the addition of two new physicians to St. John’s Physician Practices: Glenn Burnett, MD, will join St. John’s Internal Medicine; and Ted Morgan, MD, will join St. John’s Urology.

“We are pleased to have these well-regarded physicians join the medical group,” said Martin Trott, MD, medical director of St. John’s Physician Practices, which encompasses ten primary and specialty clinics. “With their expertise, we are able to better serve the primary and specialty care needs of our community.”

Internal Medicine

Dr. Glenn Burnett

Internal medicine doctors provide primary care to adults over 18, and are trained to prevent, diagnose, and treat adult diseases. The addition of board-certified internist Glenn Burnett, MD, to the internal medicine team will help improve access to primary care.

Dr. Burnett attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Parkland Memorial Hospital, and Dallas VA Medical Center. Prior to joining St. John’s, Dr. Burnett worked at Texas Health Resources Presbyterian Hospital Dallas and Texas Health Physician Group.

Married and the father of two young twin boys, Dr. Burnett is a mountain enthusiast.

Urology

Dr. Ted Morgan

Dr. Morgan, board-certified urologist, joins St. John’s Urology, where he treats numerous conditions for men and women that affect the urinary tract, kidneys, and bladder, as well as male reproductive issues.

Dr. Morgan attended Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. His post-graduation training was in female urology and urodynamics at the University of Texas.

The author of more than ten papers, Dr. Morgan previously worked at Plymouth Bay Urology Specialists (in Massachusetts), where he also served as the director of the clinical laboratory. Dr. Morgan is joined by his wife Shelley and their teenage children Olivia, Sophie, and Teddy.

Services at St. John’s Urology include preventative care, disease treatment, and surgery, including office-based procedures. The practice treats people of all ages.
