The Teton Valley Balloon Rally is the oldest festival in Teton Valley, ID – in it’s 38th year, it is now the largest annual fundraiser for the non-profit organization of the same name. Hot air balloons launch from the fairgounds in Driggs, ID just after sunrise each day.
