JACKSON, Wyo. — Last evening, the ceremonial start to the 27th running of the Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race kicked off at the Town Square. Twenty Four teams took off two at a time down the snow track on Broadway.

Seventeen junior mushers joined competitors on their sleds, tucked into the bags. Racers will compete in seven stops in Wyoming, finishing in Driggs, Idaho on Friday, Feb. 5.
