JACKSON, Wyo. — The Downtown Driggs Association’s free 13th Annual Driggs Snowscapes: The Art of Sculpting Snow is transforming the Driggs Plaza into a winter wonderland.

Running from Jan. 20 to 25, the sculpting days and block party invite professional sculpting teams and community members to come together for art installation made entirely of snow.

Buckrail photographer Nick Sulzer stopped by this week to capture some of the magic with his camera.
The event is in full swing despite the coldest lows of the season this past week (-33ºF in Driggs, -23ºF in Jackson) and minimal snowfall.
This Saturday, Jan. 25, The Block Party will take place from 10 a.m. 4 p.m. with People’s and Kid’s Choice Voting for favorite sculptures, a Competition Awards Ceremony and more.
