TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. — With 16 days until opening day at Jackson Hole Mountian Resort, snow is finally starting to accumulate across the mountain.

JHMR recently shared photos of snowmaking operations on the lower mountain of Apres Vous. Crews are working day and night to get the mountain ready. The resort opens for the 2021/2022 season on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 25.

According to the extended weather outlook by Buckrail Meteorologist Alan Smith, “Mild and dry conditions will prevail on Monday, then the next storm and cold front will arrive on Tuesday. It doesn’t look like a strong storm at this point, but it will put an end to our stretch of mild temperatures.” Check out today’s weather report here.
