JACKSON, Wyo. — It’s finally snowing in Jackson Hole!

According to Buckrail Meteorologist Alan Smith, a Winter Storm Warning is currently in effect for Teton County until 5 p.m. Wednesday. The heaviest snow is expected from late Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening as the cold front approaches from the north. We could see a few hours of intense snowfall rates, making for difficult travel conditions throughout Teton County during the afternoon/evening commute.

Three inches of snow was recorded overnight with a significant amount of snow falling over the course of today on the Tetons. The full weather report for the week is available here.
