JACKSON, Wyo. — “Oh, give me a home….”
The bison and elk are roaming under clear blue skies, and in the shadow of the still-slightly-snowy Tetons. Buckrail photographer Nick Sulzer came across these herds basking in the spring sunshine.

Like human residents of Jackson Hole, valley ungulates will see another few days of sunshine before precipitation returns later in the weekend.
Remember: It’s still elk migration season. As herds move toward their summer ranges, watch for animals on roadsides, and remember to give wildlife a “brake.”
