MORAN, Wyo. — The Jackson Hole Nordic Alliance’s 5th Annual Nordic Skiing, Fat Biking and Snowshoeing Event returned this weekend after a three-year hiatus with nearly 600 attendees.

Participants were treated to a crisp, sunny day with Teton views from Turpin Meadow Ranch. Twenty-six sponsors made the free community event possible, with a raffle, gear demos, tours, popular classic and skate ski lessons and tasty food.

“These days living in Jackson Hole there is an additional four-letter “f-word” that immediately gets your attention—free!,” said Gregory Zeigler who penned an editorial about the event.

“Now that we have become the home of the twenty-five-buck breakfast, it’s nice occasionally to be offered something gratis as special as The Jackson Hole Nordic Alliance’s 5th Annual Nordic Skiing, Fat Biking and Snowshoeing Event.”
