JACKSON HOLE, WYO – A small band of elk were spotted this morning on ‘Rodeo Ridge.’ The newest manmade mountain in downtown Jackson has attracted the occasional late night sledder, a few wannabe hill climbers, and…now…a smattering of wandering wapiti.
