JACKSON, Wyo. — Today is the first “Small Business Saturday” in Jackson Hole of the season.

The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce is encouraging the community to shop at local small businesses this holiday season.

Free gift wrapping on the Town Square will be provided from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., every Saturday through Dec. 18.

Shoppers can drop off purchases at the Town Square’s Stage Stop building and return within the day to pick up JH-branded and wrapped presents. This service is entirely free of charge with proof of purchase. Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce and Rocky MOuntain Bank are sponsoring the service.

Santa and carolers will make appearances on Town Square and at nearby shops. Last evening, after the Town Square lighting Santa traveled around Jackson visiting different neighborhoods in a Jackson Hole Fire/EMS fire truck
