JACKSON, Wyo. — The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has presented many challenges, including challenges to our mental and emotional health. Maintaining self-care under conditions of stress, uncertainty and isolation can be difficult.

For adults, teens and children alike, lifestyle changes due to COVID-19 can take a toll on well-being. Now more than ever, it is crucial that we prioritize taking care of ourselves.

The Teton County Health Department wants to remind community members of the many mental and family health resources that are available in Teton County.

Mental Health JH’s program, “Let’s Talk”, also provides community members with six free therapy/counseling sessions. Those that used this service last year are eligible for six additional sessions in 2021.

Learn how to improve and maintain your own health with these helpful self-care tips and resources. Even from the comfort of your own home, you can nourish your mind and body by practicing mindfulness routinely, cooking new recipes, finding unique ways to engage in exercise and adopting intentional daily habits.
