JACKSON, Wyo. — Make Bin22 your go-to bottle shop this Valentine’s Day. Their expert staff and wide selection make wine shopping easy.
“We’ve got some really fun passionate people who have a great knowledge base. Our staff can help whether it’s a server in the restaurant or one of the clerks on the floor,” said Neil Loomis, director of beverage for Fine Dining Restaurant Group.
Loomis has hand-selected six wines that fit the Valentine’s Day theme or really any day of the year.
“To me, Valentine’s day is a great opportunity to have a great at-home fun fancy dining experience,” Loomis said.
Loomis suggests sparkling brut style rosés for the occasion, a perfect pairing for any menu.
“If you think of a classic Valentine’s Day food, the one thing that comes to mind more than anything else is surf and turf,” Loomis said. “The high tension acidity of sparkling wine pairs remarkably well with fish as well as a filet mignon.”
Two brut rosé wines are on sale this week, Nicolas Feuillatte Exclusive Rosé Champagne and a small-batch ancestral (Pet Nat) wine from Vega de Ribes in Spain.
A white Burgundy Chardonnay from Jean Charles is also on sale this week along with three red wine varietals, a Pinot Noir from the Anderson Valley, offering bright cherry fruit flavors, a 100% Nebbiolo wine from Barbaresco area in Italy, and a Cabernet Blend from the Walla Walla Valley in Washington.
If cooking at home doesn’t suit you, enjoy a night out at Bin 22. Loomis explained, “wine by the glass at Bin 22 allows us to pour some really cool interesting wines that Jackson Hole could never really pull off.”
Or pick a bottle from the retail store to enjoy at the restaurant. “The bottle that you grab from the retail shop and bring over to the restaurant is going to be around half the price of what you might pay at another restaurant,” Loomis said.
However you celebrate Valentine’s Day, Bin 22 has you covered with an expansive wine selection and an expert staff to help you select a wine perfect for your unique palate and price range.
