Don’t miss Teton County Library’s Summer Fun reading program and have your child earn prizes just for reading.
“The library’s ‘Summer Fun’ is a program that we use to promote continuous summer reading for kids in our community,” said Mary Flamino the library’s Youth Services Manager. “The reading program is designed to incentivize kids to keep reading all summer long. When you participate in the reading program you can earn prizes just for reading!”

Children are encouraged to sign up on-line or in person to log their reading minutes. Kids can earn ‘instant prizes’ like squishies and books, or trade their minutes for raffle tickets to win Lego sets, art kits, or even music lessons.
Additionally, the library is hosting movies for kids every Wednesday afternoon and special events like presentations from Wyoming Stargazing every Thursday. The program ends with a finale party on July 21 which includes a bounce house, puppet show by Rocky Mountain Puppets, and music.
