JACKSON, Wyo. — As winter approaches, construction projects in the Town’s public right-of-way, which is the sidewalks, streets and public areas in Town that aren’t privately owned, must pause.

Between Oct. 15 and April 15, no construction is permitted in the public right-of-way. This policy protects the right-of-way during the months of the year when the ground is frozen, says the Town.

Some projects can get special permission from the Public Works Director.
