Vehicle stopped for traveling 49 mph in marked 30 mph zone, driver had odor of alcoholic beverage on breath, admitted to consuming alcohol, performed poorly on SFST’s, arrested for DUI.

Two dogs off leash attacked a 4-year-old child in a local park causing hospitalization. Mother also suffered bites while trying to stop the attack. Dog owners were cited and dogs were placed in in-home quarantine.

Officer received call of a Male Subject who ran from a Taxi without paying for the ride. The suspect was identified and unable to be located in the area at the time. At later time, Officers were called to the same area in reference to a male subject yelling loudly. Male subject matched suspect description and was arrested for Public Intoxication.

Reporting party claimed there were drugs in her roommate’s room and he had been selling and using them. Search warrant was granted and multiple items were seized for felony charge. Suspect later arrested.

Officers responded to a suspicious person/REDDI report. Officers contacted a person in his vehicle with the truck idling, person appeared highly intoxicated, he refused to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Test and was arrested for DUI. Person later refused a breath test, a warrant was obtained and person refused to comply with the warrant.
