JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Here are some recent calls for service in Teton County/Jackson from the dispatch log. Names may be withheld at the request of law enforcement. Officers of the Jackson Police Department responded to the 500 block of Snow King Loop for a report of an intoxicated male refusing to leave. Officers met with the victims upon arrival, who stated that an unknown male was in their residence and directed officers to his location. Officers found the suspect, later identified as 42-year-old Ryen August Russillo, lying on the bed in the south bedroom.
Russillo had bloodshot glassy eyes, very slurred speech and could not answer questions coherently; all signs of alcohol intoxication. He did not seem to know where he was and could not answer questions as to where he was staying. Russillo did not appear to have forced entry, but entered through the door, which had not been properly secured.
Due to the fact that Russillo entered the residence unlawfully, and did not leave when asked he was placed in custody for Municipal Code 9.56.010 Criminal Trespass, a misdemeanor offense punishable by a fine of $750.

A traffic stop for failure to maintain proper lane led to a vehicle search for marijuana and two males being cited for possession of marijuana.

Intoxicated male attempting to initiate a fight with numerous other individuals in a bar was arrested for public intoxication. Male’s wife was also arrested for interfering with police during his arrest.
