•THEFT – LARCENY, FROM VEHICLE
Comments: Local resident reported a burglary from their vehicle. Officers investigated and spoke with the reporting individual. One item was reporting stolen and no potential leads were known. The investigation is ongoing.
Flat Creek Dr/W Snow King Ave
•TRAFFIC ACCIDENT – TRAFFIC ACCIDENT, VEHICLE DAMAGE
•DUI – DRUGS
Comments: Two vehicles involved in a head-on collision. The suspect driving the vehicle that was at fault was suspect to be impaired. Due to officers observations of impairment and the suspect’s poor performance on field sobriety tests, the suspect was arrested for DUI. Both vehicles towed from the scene.

•TRAFFIC ACCIDENT – HIT/RUN, VEHICLE DAMG
Comments: A man reported his vehicle had been damaged in an apparent hit and run collision. The collision was reported to have taken place in a motel parking lot nearly a week prior. Given the time delay and lack of evidence the investigation is inactive.
S Highway 89/High School Rd
•DUI – ALCOHOL
Comments: A vehicle was observed driving down the median of the highway, after the vehicle drove for quite some time it merged into the proper lane of travel and was unable to maintain its lane. Given the unsafe driving, the vehicle was pulled over. The driver of the vehicle was found to be intoxicated, performed poorly on Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was arrested for DUI.

Comments: Subject was possibly assaulted in an establishment. The incident is still under investigation.
580 W Broadway Ave
•TRAFFIC ACCIDENT – HIT/RUN, PRIVATE PROP DAMG
Comments: Two vehicle collision on West Broadway Avenue near the Shell gas station. One vehicle left the area without exchanging information. The second vehicle’s driver was not injured in the crash. It is unknown who the other driver was or what type of vehicle. No citations issued at this time.
W Pearl Ave/Antler Motel
•TRAFFIC PROBLEM – TRAFFIC OFFENSE
•OBSTRUCT JUSTICE – PROBATION VIOLATIONS
Comments: A vehicle was stopped for expired registration. The driver of the vehicle had a suspended driver’s license, was on probation and was required to drive only vehicles equipped with an ignition interlock device. Because the man was in a vehicle without an interlock device and driving on suspension, which violated the terms of his probation, he was arrested.
W Highway 22/Conrad and Bischoff
•DUI – ALCOHOL
Comments: Officers conducted a traffic stop and Standardized Field Sobriety Test were conducted on the driver. The test showed evidence of intoxication. The driver was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

•PROPERTY – FOUND PROPERTY
Comments: Received a call for found property. Subject later contacted for public intoxication, but officers put her in cab to go home. Property not returned at that moment.
•HEALTH/SAFETY – DRUGS, ADULTERATED
Comments: Officers were dispatched to a loud noise disturbance. Officers detected the smell of marijuana coming from inside the apartment. Female subject admitted to possessing marijuana and was later cited for it.

•ORDINANCE VIOLATION – ORDINANCE VIOLATION
Comments: A person was reported for operating an unmarked vehicle as a taxi without a permit. After an investigation, the suspect was issued three citations for operating a taxi without a business license, without an operator’s permit, and without a vehicle permit.
