Comments: Report of sexual misconduct that occurred during a massage. Under investigation.

•DOMESTIC PROBLEM – FAMILY OFFENSE, OTHER
Comments: Officers responded to a reported domestic violence at a local medical care facility. Officers determined that the woman they contacted was the victim of domestic battery. The suspect was the woman’s boyfriend. Officers obtained and served a search warrant on the suspect’s residence to look for evidence of a battery. After an interview, officers also took the suspect into custody for domestic battery.

Comments: There was a shoplifting report from a local business. The suspect description was a white male that was half dressed. The suspect was located near by and was determined to need medical attention. He was then transported to the hospital and found by medical staff to need psychiatric treatment. Subject was released at the hospital.

Comments: A local woman called to report a hit and run collision. No suspects at this time.

Comments: Officers responded to a report of a protection order violation. During the investigation it was discovered that a message was sent to the protected party via Facebook. The investigation is ongoing.

Comments: Responded in reference to a suspicious person. Upon contact, officers observed objective signs of intoxication and arrested the subject for public intoxication.

Comments: Employee of local business defrauded to business for an unknown period of time and took an unknown amount of money. The suspect was confronted about the missing money by the store owner but did not admit to the theft. Case active.

Comments: Law enforcement contacted a woman for a welfare check and found she had attempted suicide by overdose. The woman was transported to the hospital by ambulance mental evaluation.

Comments: Officers responded for an intoxicated male refusing to leave a bar. The male appeared very intoxicated became agitated and refused to tell officers how he could get home safely. This male was arrested for public intoxication.

Comments: Someone called to report a suspicious male trying to get into their hotel room. Police responded and located the male subject. It was found the male was intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Male was arrested for public intoxication. Male was also found to be in possession of marijuana. Male booked into jail on charges of public intoxication and possession of marijuana.
