Comments: There was a report of a dog attack on Snow King Drive. One person was transported by EMS to St. Johns Hospital for treatment. The dogs involved are currently under quarantine and vaccination records are pending.

Comments: A domestic violence situation was reported by a third party. The reported victim was contacted by law enforcement and refused to cooperate. The reported victim would not tell law enforcement the location of the reported suspect or where the incident happened. No injuries were observed on the reported victim.

•CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE – MARIJUANA, POSSESSION
•CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE – HALLUCINOGEN, POSSESSION
Comments: Citizen called in to report a sedan stuck in a snow bank with the driver passed out behind the wheel. Officers responded to the scene and located the sedan still stuck in the snow bank with the driver still in the driver seat. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and arrested for DUI. A search of the vehicle also revealed the driver to have been in possession of illegal drugs. The driver was booked into jail for charges related to DUI and possession of a controlled substance.

Comments: Officer on snow tow parking enforcement discovered two individuals in a vehicle having romantic relations. One of the parties was on probation and admitted to consuming alcohol. Information taken and forwarded to probation office.

Comments: A collision occurred between two vehicles at the intersection of S Highway 89 and Highway 22. One party left the scene and could not be located.

Comments: A man was given a fraudulent cashier’s check as payment for a truck he had put up for sale. The bank was able to find out it was a fraudulent check before the truck was taken.

Comments: Officer witnessed a subject walking down the highway carrying a pedestrian flag. Subject was cited for petit larceny.

Comments: Responded to a fight in progress. Officers learned that the suspect had been previously called for similar issue at a hotel. Officer observed signs of intoxication and arrested subject for public intoxication.

Comments: Officer observed expired registration on vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. Officer ran driver through dispatch and learned driver had two extraditable warrants. Driver taken into custody.
