JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Mark your calendar for Silicon Couloir’s signature annual event, Pitch Day 2018, at the Center for the Arts in Jackson, Wyoming on August 9 from 4-7pm. Pitch Day showcases select local entrepreneurs pitching their business ideas to attending accredited investors and a general public audience of over 200 people. Prizes will be awarded in a number of categories. Reception to follow.
Free to attend, and open to the public, Pitch Day provides insight into the innovative and creative businesses developing in the greater Teton region. This event supports local entrepreneurs, at every stage of growth, to take their business or idea to the next level by gaining coaching, valuable pitch experience, and the opportunity to get in front of active investors and mentors.
Selected entrepreneurs participate in coaching sessions with a team of successful entrepreneurs and business operators leading up to the main event. Coaching is a critical feature of the program, as it helps entrepreneurs improve their presentation and understand insights and information investors need to evaluate a deal.
Pitch Day is a celebration of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Tetons. It inspires audience members and others in our community to begin their own entrepreneurial journey.
