DRIGGS, Idaho. — Meet Cosmo, a 10-pound feline who loves being a lap blanket and ankle weaver. Cosmo came to PAWS from a loving owner who sadly could no longer have pets in their rental. This sweet boy loves attention but rarely begs for it because he knows that his satiny black fur and beautiful golden eyes will pull you in like a magnet.
