If you’ve ever thought of casting your own sculptures, don’t miss this seven-week class with instructor Sam Dowd that kicks off today at the Art Association. On Thursday, the Met returns to the Center Theater with a live broadcast of the opera Semiramide about the Queen of Babylon.

New art openings light up Friday with Tayloe Piggott Gallery featuring artist Xawery Wolski and photographer Tuck Fauntleroy. The Art Association celebrates its youngest members with the show “I Made This: Work from Youth and Outreach Classes.”

The Laff Staff makes mud season more palatable with audience-inspired improv shows on Friday and Saturday nights in The Black Box Theatre. Also on Saturday, you can help Teton Full Circle Farm’s efforts to create a 20-acre organic farm while you watch “Look & See,” a documentary about the writer, environmental activist and farmer Wendell Berry.

On Sunday families explore creativity together at a Family Art Class with the Art Association. This week features Clay Handbuilding, with a changing project for three weeks. Also offered in Spanish.
