JACKSON HOLE, WYO – The annual The New York Times summer music festival guide pegged Grand Teton Music Festival as a top classical festival not to miss. It was the second straight year GTMF received the distinction.
“I am genuinely excited that The New York Times has recognized our wonderful Festival as one of the best in the country for the second year in a row,” said executive director Andrew Palmer Todd. “It is a well deserved acknowledgement of what music director Donald Runnicles, our musicians, and our audience have known for decades—Grand Teton Music Festival is a world-class destination for classical music.”
The 2016 season was record setting for the organization, and this year’s program schedule looks chocked full of concerts for all tastes.
The 2017 Festival begins Monday, July 3 and concludes on Sunday, August 20 with a special performance by Pink Martini.
