Don’t miss the opportunity to explore movement with legendary choreographer and dancer Bill T. Jones and his Company during his residency with Dancers’ Workshop. Local community members are invited to work with the dancers from Oct. 19 to Oct. 24 culminating in a performance on Oct. 25. No previous dance experience needed! Jackson-based photographer Thomas Mangelsen opens his new exhibition “A Life in the Wild” at the National Museum of Wildlife Art. Take a lunchtime Sneak Peek with Mangelsen at 11:30 am or stop in for the first hour of Mix’d Media at 6 pm when he will give a one-hour talk. Partygoers are encouraged to bring their own cameras for five experiential exercises.

For a later start to your Saturday check out the Hogwarts Open House that is happening at the Teton County Library. Take a walk through the Forbidden Forest, attend charms classes, get sorted by the sorting hat, and many other activities. Costumes are definitely encouraged, and all ages are invited!

Wyoming Stargazing takes over Walk Festival Hall on Saturday evening with special guest Doug Leonard, Professor of Astronomy and Supernovae Expert at San Diego University. Learn more about supernovae, black holes and the evolution of stars.
