Moose-Suns cup contest called off in Sun Valley

JACKSON, Wyo. — The championship for the Joe Casey Cup has been canceled.

The Jackson Hole Moose and the Sun Valley Suns were to have battled it out for possession of the memorial trophy this weekend but word came down today that authorities in Hailey, Idaho have scrapped the game over concerns for the spread of the coronavirus.

The Moose finished the 2019-20 season with a record of 20-6.
