JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Buckrail readers have alerted us to herd of moose along N Highway 89 between the Gros Ventre roundabout and the Airport. Motorists headed north should proceed cautiously and please be alert as some of the moose are quite near or crossing the road.
The moose are part of a group that winters in Grand Teton National Park between Kelly Road and the Antelope Flats area. A total of 13 have been spotted and they appear to be on the move a bit this morning.
Great photo ops and reason to be careful.
