JACKSON, Wyo. — Monday, Oct. 14, will be the last day for visitors to drive Beartooth Highway (US-212) between Red Lodge and Cooke City, Montana, according to a press release from Yellowstone National Park (YNP).

The scenic highway will be closed for the season starting Oct. 15.

According to YNP, travel by car east of Cooke City, Montana, to the Chief Joseph Scenic Byway will be possible until early November, weather dependent.
