JACKSON, WYO — A year ago this holiday season, local restaurateur Tom Fay and David Fogg opened the doors to Moe’s BBQ. Moe’s has since fed many a hungry carnivorous mouth and hosted its share of parties. But today is the big one. Celebrate Moe’s first birthday with a pig roast, a free keg from Melvin Brewing (you read that right, free beer!) and a DJ. Fun starts at 8 p.m Tonight ( 12/15 ).
