Update, Dec. 24: The dog has been reunited with his people.

Bob Marley the miniature poodle slipped out of his collar and ran away from a groomer in Victor, and his family is hoping to find him as soon as possible. He was last seen running south through Victor. His humans are looking for him in the area, and he is microchipped.
