JACKSON, Wyo. — Early childhood educators like Beronica of Children’s Learning Center play an important role in shaping the trajectory of infants and toddlers, supporting these little ones as they take their first steps towards important milestones, and laying the foundation for their future development.

The short, but invaluable experience of infants and toddlers is one of rapid growth and discovery. Beronica, an experienced educator at the Children’s Learning Center, embraces the unique opportunity to facilitate these early achievements. As she lovingly supports young children, she witnesses their journey from dependence to independence.

Beronica understands that the early years are a critical time for learning and development. She skillfully guides children as they learn to sit up, use a spoon, paint, or handle a pencil. Her commitment to fostering their growth is evident, and her enthusiasm for their progress is unwavering. Her devotion to early childhood education spans an impressive 16 years at the Children’s Learning Center, and her unwavering dedication is a testament to the profound impact educators can have on the lives of young children and their families. Her classroom is a place where trust and love flourish.

Beronica’s exceptional work has not gone unnoticed. Her dedication and passion for early childhood education earned her the title, “Elite Educator”, after being nominated for the award by colleagues and parents alike at the EmPowerEd Symposium by Champions For Children. Her program director praised her ability to create a classroom filled with trust and love, where children are encouraged to explore and learn in a safe and supportive environment.

“Beronica works with our youngest learners and uses her knowledge of fun activities and nurturing relationships to create a trusting, loving classroom. Infants and young toddlers are naturally curious and eager to learn and Beronica understands how to nurture that by providing open-ended explorations and an environment where you can say ‘yes’ far more often than ‘no’.”
