JACKSON, Wyo. — Astoria Park Conservancy is inviting the community to usher in spring at the May Hooray event on Sunday, May 1. This free community celebration will feature live music, Morales Homemade Taco Truck, and Melvin Beer on Astoria’s riverside event lawn, adjacent to the hot springs.

Guests are invited to leisurely celebrate with family and friends on the lawn while partaking in the festivities and join Astoria Park Conservancy’s partners for activities such as native planting with Teton Conservation District and meeting live raptors with Teton Raptor Center! There will also be interactive community booths from Voices Jackson Hole, Snake River Fund, Jackson Hole Historical Society, and more!

Astoria Park Conservancy will be offering guided tours of the 99-acre park that includes Astoria’s future park, multiple event venues, Snake River Canyon views, and endless opportunities to discover flora and fauna along the banks of the Snake River.

Let Astoria know if you’ll be coming by RSVPing!

This event will take place outside of the Hot Springs. If you would like to enjoy a soak, please reserve your tickets ahead of time by visiting astoriapark.org. Soaking sessions during the May Hooray on Sunday, May 1, will be shortened and subsidized at a lower than usual rate to allow for as many May Hooray attendees as possible to be able to enjoy a hot springs soak.

This event is made possible thanks to the generous support of the Jackson Hole Travel and Tourism Board and Teton County.
