JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Teton County information specialist Billy Kirk confirmed with Buckrail that a deceased individual found this morning was that of a local man reported missing since yesterday.
Mark Mol, 38, was found dead at the South Park Elk Feedground. His 2002 Toyota Tacoma had been parked at the pullout for the feedground since Monday. After receiving a call from the family this morning at 7:16am asking for a welfare check, authorities located Mol’s truck at 7:24am parked at the feedground pullout. Mol was found inside, dead from a self-inflicted gunshot as confirmed by County Coroner Dr. Brent Blue.
Mol worked at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort since 2008, most recently as a groomer.
