JACKSON, Wyo. — For this year’s Valentine’s Day celebration, ditch the supermarket chocolate box and book an unforgettably romantic dinner at FIGS at Hotel Jackson.

Michelin-starred Chef Malyna Si has whipped up a mouthwatering Mediterranean-inspired dining experience for sweethearts, available on February 14, 15 and 16. Enjoy a curated wine pairing along with each course, or savor handcrafted cocktails dreamed up specifically for the holiday, including a rosé and hibiscus tipple and a Lambrusco and apple brandy fusion.

Kick off the special evening with a succulent round of potato chip crusted oysters, served with sweet dill nectar and Aleppo aioli.

For the meal’s second movement, indulge in Chef Si’s take on the classic surf and turf, accenting the 10 oz prime striploin and Maine lobster tail with traditional Lebanese flavors in lemon garlic butter and cilantro foam. The main course is accompanied by duck-fat potatoes and asparagus.

Si shared that she is committed to sourcing foods from farms in the area, including wagyu beef from Grazing Star Ranch in Freedom, dairy from Shumway Farms in Afton and produce from Canewater Farm in Victor, Idaho.

For the final course, Chef Si has prepared a luscious dessert that she hopes will remain a surprise for Valentine’s weekend guests. Si said there’s nothing more romantic than sharing a meal with that special someone.

“It’s a shared experience, but each person has their own experience even though they’re eating the same thing,” Si said. “That’s romantic. Food evokes emotion. Romanticism is about emotions.”

Enjoy the three-course service for $99 per person; add the wine pairing for an additional $75 each. Book a table today.
