JACKSON, Wyo. — The Center for the Arts outdoor fundraising concert will have Gillian Welch and David Rawlings on stage on Saturday, June 28. And the number of available tickets is dwindling.
Don’t miss out on this community event to celebrate the arts in Jackson Hole. The concert is the primary fundraiser for the Center, and helps support all aspects of their mission to connect the community. The benefit will include local food trucks and participation from some of the Center’s resident nonprofit partners.
Tickets are selling fast, but there are some still available.
Welch and Rawlings won the 2025 Grammy Award for Best Folk Album for their album “Woodland,” and have been hailed by Rolling Stone as “protectors of the American folk song.”
Pillars of the modern acoustic music world, Welch and Rawlings’ careers span over 25 years. Both have pursued solo projects but have always returned to their decades-long collaboration. Welch was credited as part of the Album of the Year Grammy-winning team for her work as producer, performer and songwriter on the eight times platinum “O Brother, Where Art Thou?” soundtrack, which Rawlings also appeared on as a vocalist.
