TCL wrote on its website that the program will recognize all the minutes that children have read over the course of the summer. The deadline for entering reading minutes into the Beanstack tracking system is the day after the party on Sunday, Aug. 10, at 11:59 p.m.

“Be sure to enter all minutes to help us achieve our community goal of two million minutes!” TCL said via press release.

According to TCL, the outdoor space will be transformed into a giant dance party/bubble bath playground. TCL recommends clothing that can get wet or messy, a change of clothing, goggles for sensitive eyes and a towel for drying off.

“Celebrate your reading achievements with a foamtastic party!” TCL wrote. “Dance and play in a larger-than-life foam cloud.”

Children must be accompanied by adults. Drop-offs are not permitted.
