CORA, Wyo. — Want to learn to hunt but you’re not sure where to start? Join us at Darwin Ranch for a Beginner’s Hunting Clinic this fall – no prior experience or tag necessary!

We often hear about how people want to get into hunting but that there can be such a high barrier to entry. To be able to ride out the back gate of a comfortable ranch into country that is as unpopulated as this is extremely unique. It is a 160-acre island inside a vast area of public land.

Generations of sportsmen have returned to these mountains for decades. Rustic log cabins with hot showers and an old elegant lodge are the headquarters for the hunts, and now you can join their ranks.

We’ll teach you how to prep, sight in your rifle, pick terrain, pack horses, how to stalk and glass, and show how to field dress and pack out. We’ll have one of our in-state guides lead the way, using their own tag, so that you don’t need one but can still learn all about hunting and even take some meat home with you if you’re lucky!

The next clinic runs from Sept. 25 through Oct. 2.
