JACKSON, Wyo. — Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) is pleased to announce that the competition weather window is open for Kings & Queens of Corbet’s.

JHMR will host some of the world’s top freeride skiers and snowboarders, pitting runs head-to-head in the famed Corbet’s Couloir with competitors vying for the title of King or Queen of Corbet’s. Just added to the athlete roster are Aaron Blunck, Yuki Kadono, and Alex Hall, raising the bar of the already talented lineup.

This year the event has been modified to limit the production and number of people involved, and viewing will be limited on-site in Tensleep Bowl. Kings & Queens popularity will be met with a more scaled, manageable, and intimate experience with adherence to strict policies and procedures aligned with COVID-19 protocols. Viewers worldwide will be able to watch the competition for free and in its entirety on Red Bull TV beginning on Monday, Feb. 22, 2021, at 1:00 pm MST.

This year’s competition window is February 16-21, 2021. JHMR will update the status of the event each afternoon during the competition window online and on JHMR’s social channels the day prior to the event. Viewing of the event will take place below Corbet’s Couloir, in Tensleep Bowl, and the competition is expected to start at 10 a.m.

JHMR wants to remind spectators; there is no beginner or intermediate terrain from the spectator venue down to the bottom of the mountain. All spectators will be asked to comply with all of JHMR’s COVID-19 protocols.
